The red and white “Kassimatis family” wine, is bottled in limited numbers.

The Mantilari, Kotsifali, Grenache-rouge and Garignan grape varieties are used for the wine’s production.

Most of these varieties come from the non-watered vineyards of the mountainous area of Apokorona and the foothills of Lefka Ori.

This wine is fermented and matured in our small oak barrels.
